However, at the “Racing Unlimited” ($1,999/mo.) tier, the receptionist will log-into your CRM, such as Clio, Rocket Matter, or MyCase, to schedule consultations and create leads. All Virtual Assistants work in whatever programs you give them access to, including your CRM.
