Betties Legal Academy

All future Betties are specially trained by legal professionals and must pass a 2-week legal training program before working with their attorney clients. Betties Legal Academy features courses focused on legal terminology and common legal issues so Betties can speak knowledgeably to firms and clients. All receptionists must pass this course with a 100% grade before they start working with attorneys. They also have to pass a quiz about each law firm and goals for working with Back Office Betties before they can start taking and making calls for the firm.

Who Back Office Betties is For

Small law firms of up to 10 people will likely find Back Office Betties the most helpful. They have extensive customizability, and are equipped to handle administrative tasks, like email organization, in addition to regular receptionist services. Attorneys whose clients do not expect around-the-clock telephone communication (like Estate Planners, Family Lawyers, or Transactional Attorneys), will certainly find them the most helpful. Although, they could easily be used as a supplement to online lead generation.

Alternatively, larger firms, and those who rely on always-on responses to potential new client (PNC) inquiries, will likely want to look elsewhere. As will those who are looking for large-scale services like vetting a Class.
