Employee Owned
Posh Virtual Receptionists is 100% employee owned. This means that each receptionist that answers the phone has a financial interest in the success of the company. And therefore, the success of their clients.
Posh App & Portal
The virtual receptionists can send messages through the Posh mobile app, or lawyers can use it as a softphone—turning their cell phone into a business number. Lawyers can even generate usage reports, edit intake scripts, and perform loads of other admin tasks within the web portal.
Integrations
The Posh app’s list of integrations is well-curated and constantly growing. Those who use many of the more popular Law Practice Management Systems (LPMS) will likely find direct integrations. So will those who use many of the popular Client Resource Managers (CRM), or scheduling systems. Attorneys who can’t quite find the right connection, though, may be able to rely on the Zapier partnership.
Zapier
Although Posh doesn’t have an extensive list of Triggers and Actions connected to Zapier, the ones they do have are likely all that is needed. However, lawyers may want to look at some of the other software with which they directly integrate.
Outbound Calling
Lawyers who have a streamlined and documented intake system, generally don’t just rely on inbound phone calls to generate PNCs. Accordingly, Posh’s virtual receptionists services will handle contacting leads that come in through web portals, and other online forms. They will make an outbound call within minutes of receiving the request.
Who Posh is For
Posh’s answering service is for attorneys who want to streamline their client intake and hand over their receptionist duties on a permanent, or semi-permanent basis. Attorneys with a documented process for screening PNCs, onboarding new clients, and handling diverse calls that come into their office will probably see the most benefit. However, using the reports in the Posh app could likely help a firm streamline even more.
Alternatively, they may not be the right solution for a solo attorney who is simply trying to hand off intake while in court,or for those looking for more of a Virtual Assistant. Although Posh can handle both, their strength comes from letting attorneys hand over much of their intake and get time back in their day.
