Born from Clio’s Lexicata acquisition, Clio Grow is a client-centered and firm-focused intake and client engagement platform. Clio Grow is part of the Clio Suite, which also includes Clio Manage.

Clio Grow Highlights

Seamless integration. If you already use Clio (now called “Clio Manage”), Clio Grow is an excellent choice for your client relationship management software. Clio Grow seamlessly integrates into Clio Manage to provide an end-to-end solution that syncs your client and matter information from intake to closing letter, tracking a host of valuable metrics along the way.

Online intake forms and automated messaging. Why waste your time with redundant data entry when you can automate your client intake process? With Clio Grow, you’ll create personalized, custom intake forms to collect client information that will then integrate into your system the moment your client clicks “Submit.” From there, you’ll automate appointment reminders and follow-up tasks to make sure you’re hitting every client touchpoint.

Document automation and eSignatures. Clio Grow lets you automatically generate agreements, retainers, letters, and other documents, then email them for your clients to quickly and easily sign on their phones or tablets. You’ll save time and trees and money (after you jettison your clunky eSignature software), and your clients will immediately appreciate their savvy new lawyer and the carefully-curated onboarding experience you offer.

Clio Grow pricing starts at $49/user/month annually, or $59/user/month if you ask to pay month-to-month. This does not include a $399 one-time set-up fee, which is optional for accounts with 4 or fewer users.

Things You Might Want to Know

Clio Suite. Clio Grow and Clio Manage are the two pillars of Clio Suite. Clio offers a (slightly) discounted rate if you use Grow and Manage together, but you can use either as standalone software. And if you start with both and later decide to cancel, you can cancel one or both at any time. Clio offers a 7-day free trial of Clio Manage if you want to give that a try before you buy.

24/5 support. Clio offers unlimited free access to its training and support resources, which include walkthroughs and video tutorials. If you want to talk with a real person, Clio’s renowned support team is available Monday-Friday at all hours of the day.

Clio Referral Network. A subscription to Clio Grow gives you free access to the Clio Referral Network, a community of legal professionals who use Clio and refer cases to each other. Clio has Referral Network lawyers in nearly every practice area imaginable, and they’re located in big cities and small communities across North America. You can sign up, complete your profile, and start making (and taking) referrals right away.

Who Clio Grow Is For
