What services does PATLive provide?

The phone answering service covers from one to five phone numbers, depending on your plan choice. The Starter plan ($205) includes one line and 75 minutes, charging $1.82 per additional minute. The top-tier Pro plan ($825) includes up to five lines and 600 minutes, with additional minutes costing $1.30/month.
For web chats, plans cover between 10 (Starter; $100/month) and 100 (Pro; $700/month) chats, with overage at between $10 (Starter) and $7 (Pro) per each additional chat.
All plan receptionists and chatters are U.S.-based. Bilingual Spanish coverage is available for an additional $20/month. Services include new client intake, message taking, call screening and transfer, lead collection, sales, scheduling, and event registration.

Will I need to port my number?

No. Upon sign-up, PATLive assigns a local or toll-free number. You can either advertise that number directly or have that number forwarded to an existing number.
