A true solo attorney may find it difficult to fit that into their schedule.

LawDroid Copilot

LawDroid recently launched its AI powered legal assistant, Copilot. This can help attorneys harness the power of artificial intelligence to brief cases, draft emails and letters, and even summarize documents. As with all generative AI, however, users will want to make sure they have quality control mechanisms in place to check for “hallucinations.”

Definitely Not DIY

LawDroid will work with you to build a chatbot around your firm’s objectives and website visitors’ behavior, and monitor and improve your firm’s chatbot based on past engagements.

Natural Language Processing for Flexible Conversations

Your firm’s chatbot won’t be stuck in a prescribed question-and-answer format. If a visitor takes the conversation sideways—for example by asking about the cost of representation in the middle of intake—LawDroid will attempt to understand and answer the question, then pick up intake where it left off.

If LawDroid can’t answer the question, it can pass the question to someone at your firm who can answer it instead (and possibly teach the chatbot what the answer should have been for next time).
