Definitely not DIY. LawDroid will work with you to build a chatbot around your firm’s objectives and website visitors’ behavior, and monitor and improve your firm’s chatbot based on past engagements.
Natural language processing for flexible conversations. Your firm’s chatbot won’t be stuck in a prescribed question-and-answer format. If a visitor takes the conversation sideways—for example by asking about the cost of representation in the middle of intake—LawDroid will attempt to understand and answer the question, then pick up intake where it left off.
If LawDroid can’t answer the question, it can pass the question to someone at your firm who can answer it instead (and possibly teach the chatbot what the answer should have been for next time).
Sophisticated reporting. LawDroid can deliver reports on outcomes, and also on metrics that may help improve future engagements, like the most popular parts of the conversation.
