    Conroy Creative Counsel designed our site from scratch. We had no clue what we wanted, and they came up with a great design. Karin and the team were very patient with us on multiple redesigns until we were happy with every little detail. They have also been quick and responsive about updates to the site.

    Awful experience

    Unfortunately, our experience with Conroy Creative was so poor that I am compelled to write a review as a service to others who may consider them. The project management for our site migration project was not good and their work was delayed without response. When we moved our site hosting, SEO and other work to another agency, the owner took down our site, which is unheard of in the industry. It was a terrible and unprofessional experience. Our site takedown occurred after I offered to pay for them to host the site even though I never agreed to that service in our scope of work and I had an unanswered question in to Conroy about hosting recommendations.

      Response from Conroy Creative Counsel: “Bree – I’m sorry to hear you feel this way. As you know we sent many, many emails following up on payment for your outstanding invoice. When you opted not to pay we sent another round of emails without any payment, at which point your hosting service was terminated – entirely in line with our signed agreement and not unlike any other utility you are obligated to pay. You did not offer to pay, that statement is false and misleading. Please get in touch with the folks at Lawyerist so you can amend this review.”

    I looked at several web design firms before hiring Conroy Creative. I liked the work they had done, and their pricing was very reasonable. I wanted an updated design for my site, with some new functionality that was not present in the old site. They put together a design I really liked, and incorporated all the functionality I was looking for. I’ve been very pleased with the new website!
