Captorra is a cloud-based Customer Resource Management (CRM) system that can help you manage your client intake process, provide analytics on your marketing sources, and provide out-of-the-box workflows for your practice. Although it integrates with a laundry list of third-party products, it has enough built-in features that it could easily add value to a firm on its own. And with its Captorra Ready pricing at $65 per month, it won’t necessarily break the bank, either.
The stand-out feature, from our review, is its integrated e-sign capabilities that allow an attorney to send an engagement letter via text message, and a potential client to sign up using a smartphone.

Who Captorra is for
Captorra’s software is likely best suited for personal injury law firms looking for a robust CRM system to supplement their intake process. Firms already utilizing technology that Captorra integrates with will likely find it the most useful, as it integrates with Twillio, Ring Central, and Office 365. However, most personal injury firms could benefit from their focus on managing high-volume matters, and their ready integration with multiple PI leads programs.
Firms who do not require a lot of intake management, or who operate with a low volume of cases, may want to look elsewhere, or at a Law Practice Management System with built-in CRM.

Things You Might Want to Know
Integrated e-sign. You will not need a subscription with DocuSign, AdobeSign, or any other third party system in order to take advantage of this CRM’s e-sign capabilities, as it is completely built-in and will automatically save signed documents into your database upon completion.
Office 365 Integration. The Captorra CRM software is built on top of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. Which means that it generally works and plays well with Office 365 products, and should continue to do so into the future. However, at this time, the Integration is not a full sync. Although events and emails can be created from the system, Captorra will not import any actions taken outside of the software automatically. For example, when a response is received from an email sent through Captorra, a user will need to manually input into the system.
Pricing. Captorra offers two pricing options: Captorra Ready, and Captorra Enterprise. Ready, is generally a turn-key solution that requires very little set-up and has workflows, templates, and multiple systems already created. Enterprise, on the other hand, allows for more customization and has a few more features than Ready.
