At the time of this review, no, Captorra does not allow your law office to directly accept ePayments.

At the time of this review, it does not appear that Captorra directly integrates with Calendly, however, users may be able to make a connection using Zapier.

Is Captorra good for solos?

Although it can be used by solos, the platform is best for PI attorneys with some infrastructure who can take advantage of all of the features Captorra has to offer.

Can I send engagement letters through Captorra?

Yes. the platform is set-up to help you get from potential new client, through lead intake, all the way to signing the client---all within one system.

Additional Details about Captorra

Integrated e-sign. You will not need a subscription with DocuSign, AdobeSign, or any other third party system in order to take advantage of this CRM’s e-sign capabilities, as it is completely built-in and will automatically save signed documents into your database upon completion.

Office 365 Integration. The Captorra CRM software is built on top of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. Which means that it generally works and plays well with Office 365 products, and should continue to do so into the future. However, at this time, the Integration is not a full sync. Although events and emails can be created from the system, Captorra will not import any actions taken outside of the software automatically. For example, when a response is received from an email sent through Captorra, a user will need to manually input into the system.

Pricing. Captorra offers two pricing options: Captorra Ready, and Captorra Enterprise. Ready, is generally a turn-key solution that requires very little set-up and has workflows, templates, and multiple systems already created. Enterprise, on the other hand, allows for more customization and has a few more features than Ready.
