Freshsales is a cloud-based CRM that works on any modern browser. As such, it can be reached from virtually anywhere a user has an internet connection.

What is the price of Freshsales?

As of this review, Freshsales has four pricing tiers of Free, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise that range from $15/user/month to $69/user/month (billed annually). It would appear, however, that the functions most law firms would need are only included in the Pro tier and above.

Does Freshsales integrate with my Law Practice Management Software?

No, Freshsales does not directly integrate with any Law Practice Management Software. However, some savvy users may be able to sync their information using a third-party application like Zapier.

Does Freshsales have client forms for my website?

Yes. Freshsales connects users with clients through multiple platforms including a website form, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and even text messages.

Does Freshsales have project or task management?

Freshsales has built in workflows, sales sequences, and other project management functionality directly into the platform. While the Growth tier offers some workflow tools, users may need to subscribe to the Pro tier or above in order to access all workflow features.

Can Freshsales track my marketing efforts?

Yes. As a somewhat robust CRM, the app has relatively strong data insights. Most law firms will find that it can easily track their marketing efforts.

Can I accept online payments with Freshsales?

As of this review, Freshsales does not have a native credit card processor. However, they have integrations with QuickBooks, Xero, and PayPal. Additionally, most users would be able to set up LawPay payment links to accept payments from their clients.

Does Freshsales integrate with Calendly?

As of this review, Freshsales does not integrate directly with Calendly. However, users could likely build a Zapier Zap to handle the sync of their information. Additionally, the Freshworks Marketplace offers a Calendly Portal app compatible with Freshsales Suite. The app offers a 21-day free trial, after which, it’s priced at $5/user/month.

Is Freshsales good for solos?

Freshsales would be good for solo attorneys who are looking to scale their practices soon. For most solos, however, it’s likely a bit much.

Can I send engagement letters through Freshsales?

Yes. Users can set up automations that will send engagement letters to clients for their signature through the Docusign integration.

Everything Sold Separately

Freshworks offers a suite of 10 (as of this writing) products, all of which are sold separately. So while the individual prices are quite reasonable and you can get just what you need, the cost can escalate quickly if you need multiple products.

Freddy AI

Freshsales has an AI tool, called Freddy, that can help you with interactive tools like chatbots, but Freddy will also help you gain insight into your data in Freshsales, automate repetitive tasks, and even identify opportunities.

Who Freshsales is for

Freshsales should be a good fit for systems-oriented small law firms that are able to take advantage of its rich-but-easy-to-use feature set. And the extra modules available a la carte as part of Freshworks may be especially attractive to firms that only want to pay for features they actually need, with the flexibility to add more later on.
