Hilarie Bass
Hilarie Bass is president and founder of the Bass Institute for Diversity and Inclusion, and was a prominent attorney with a career spanning 38 years. In 2018, she founded the Bass Institute, which works with senior management in businesses around the world to create effective strategies to retain women throughout their careers and elevate them to senior management roles. Hilarie speaks on a variety of topics, including gender parity, implicit bias, leadership, and more. She is an advocate for expanding the ranks of women leaders at corporations, nonprofits and other institutions.
During her career as a litigator, Hilarie became one of the most recognized attorneys in the United States, having served as co-president of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig from 2013 to 2018 and as president of the American Bar Association (ABA) from September 2017 to August 2018.
