Julio was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He worked for 13 years in his own firm in Argentina, specializing in Constitutional, Civil, and Business law. From 2010 to 2014, he was appointed Legal Secretary in the Argentine Federal Judicial Council. He now runs a business & immigration firm in California with his partner, Gianfranco, called DGO Legal.
