Think of this interactive, work session as your team’s quarterly strategic planning session. This is not a webinar. This is not us standing “in front of the room” teaching you new content. Instead, we will guide you step-by-step through a process of reflecting on where your business is currently, where you want it to go next, and how to get there. Using Zoom, you’ll be in a workroom receiving live help from our coaching team.
By the end of our day together, you’ll:
- Have completed a retrospective on your Q2
- Identified key issues for your business to solve
- Created clear goals
- Prioritized 2-3 projects for Q3
- Scoped out those projects with action items, milestones, and KPIs
