  1. Kevin Britt says:

I am a Seattle attorney that established a solo law firm two weeks ago. I represent condominium and homeowners associations, and my client base is under great strain due to the mortgage meltdown and the rising tide of unemployment. I recently set up a blog through Google to provide current and potential clients with useful information about how to manage their affairs. This will be my primary form of advertising for the foreseeable future. I know relatively little about how to ensure that my blog will be readily available to potential clients when they have a problem and are seeking guidance. This contest could provide this newly solo attorney with a much-needed helping hand. Thank you for this opportunity. I look forward to following Lawyerist in the future.

  2. Dan Adkins says:

I don’t need to write a paragraph about my website to win this contest. All I need to do is convince the person choosing the site most in need of assistance to view my boring, stultifying, stupefying site, http://www.adkinsandanderson.com. Even the very name is melancholic at best. I employed the would-be savants at (name redacted to protect the guilty) to create this site, but after viewing their price sheet, THIS steaming pile of dung was all we could muster. Help, or else I will find some way to spam you endlessly with screenshots of this surly poop.

  3. Gyi Tsakalakis says:

If you didn’t win this contest, and are still looking for some advice, I’d be happy to throw in my two-cents.
