Created by attorneys for attorneys and their clients, SimpleLaw provides a single platform and network to help attorneys maximize their efficiency and help clients with a transparent legal experience.

Details

SimpleLaw isn’t your typical law practice management software. It’s a platform built with both attorneys and clients in mind, addressing common pain points and providing an efficient solution so you can spend more time focusing on the law.

Clients can join SimpleLaw for free. Once they have an account created, they’re able to submit a legal question for attorneys to answer through a secure, private client portal. From there, they can engage an attorney for their matter, easily upload documents, pay their fees, and even check their case status all from a single interface.

Attorneys can join for free too, and only pay a nominal monthly fee if they have an active matter on SimpleLaw. Attorneys can view and answer client questions, request payments, manage matters, network with other attorneys on the platform, refer cases, find co-counsel, and even find on-demand vetted paralegal support all through SimpleLaw. What’s more, attorneys have full control of all their documents on SimpleLaw through its integration with Dropbox. SimpleLaw never stores your documents on the platform. So, attorneys can move their documents anytime they like.

Once you connect with a client through SimpleLaw, there’s no need to duplicate information. You and any co-counsel will be able to view the client file with just a click. If the case is referred to another attorney, all of that information is also visible to new counsel.

Since clients have access to view their file and upload documents, attorneys save on average more than 25% of their time they would otherwise be spending on updating clients. One law firm was able to triple their caseload with the same staff because of the efficiency SimpleLaw provides.
