Visualize the Facts of Any Case with CaseFleet Timelines

Accumulating, organizing, and putting case material to work requires a powerful case management program. With CaseFleet, litigators are given the right tools to review cases and prepare for trial. And with CaseFleet’s Timelines feature, the facts of your case will never get lost again.

What Is Timelines

Timelines is where you start and end your case.

With CaseFleet’s Timelines, you can ditch the word processor, CTRL+F, and sticky notes to track the facts of your case. Instead, litigators build chronologies of their case that can later be manipulated and viewed on a granular level via Timelines.

To do so, first drag and drop documents into CaseFleet’s Timelines to begin your review.

As you read through the facts of  your case, highlight sections to create new facts. Tag those facts to issues and contacts.

As your case expands, simply add the facts and Timelines will automatically organize the data.

With Timelines, you aren’t limited by the number of facts either. Sort through thousands of facts by issues, contacts, and sources. And use the Timelines slider to limit the facts of your case to a specific period in time.

Finally, CaseFleet allows you to export data in a manner that works best for your litigation needs. For example, a “Facts by Issues Report” groups facts by issue and includes citations to the evidence, and a “Contacts and Documents Report” generates a witness and document list for mandatory disclosures or pre-trial filing.

How To Get It

Timelines is offered as a standalone product for $24 per user a month (annually billed). The CaseFleet suite costs $44 per user a month (annually billed), which includes the Timelines product plus case management, settlement tracking, billing, and many other features.
