Dedicated team

The Betties assign each law firm a team of 4–8 receptionists, depending on the plan. This team assists a set of around 200 firms. Or, if you’re in the Unlimited plan, 40 firms. Either way, you’re particular receptionists should be familiar with your practice.

All future Betties are specially trained by legal professionals and must pass a 2-week legal training program before working with their attorney clients. Betties Legal Academy features courses focused on legal terminology and common legal issues so Betties can speak knowledgeably to you and your clients. All receptionists must pass this course with a 100% grade before they start working with attorneys. They also have to pass a quiz about your law firm and goals for working with Back Office Betties before they can start taking and making calls for your practice.

Back Office Betties Pricing

Back Office Betties offers four different pricing tiers. As is pretty standard, these are based on the amount of minutes you use. Each increase in tier reduces your per-minute pricing. Keep in mind, however, that only the Unlimited tier has certain integrations.

Unlimited Pricing

For a premium price of $1,599/month, Back Office Betties offers an unlimited plan. That means unlimited minutes, plus up to two hours of virtual assistant time for additional tasks, for firms of 5 employees.

Administrative Staff

In addition to receptionists duties, Betties can also schedule appointments, handle payment processing, and tackle other administrative work you might need. This is helpful for solo attorneys who need help with their inbox, or larger firms who are looking for Potential New Client outreach.
