Industrious Highlights

Flexible leases and spaces. Need a bigger space to accommodate more people or just need an office or workspace for a few months? Industrious offers long-term or short-term leases so you can scale up or down as you need.

Hospitality. While working at Industrious, you’ll enjoy free coffee and snacks, a welcoming new desk setup, birthday parties, random gatherings planned and hosted by your community organizers, and donuts or bagels as a special treat during the week. The people there want you to feel welcome in your work space and go out of their way to make it so.

Bonus deals. Industrious has worked with different partners to help bring you discounts and deals on HR, payroll, sales, marketing, insurance, and accounting services if you need them.

Industrious Pricing

Pricing depends on the location, the office size, and the details of your lease contract. Get an idea about pricing by checking the location you’re interested in on its website.

Industrious Features

Features and amenities vary depending on location, but every Industrious office has high-speed internet, business services, a lobby lounge area, in-office networking events and parties, at least one conference room, AV setups, a kitchen area, and an on-site team to help with anything that comes up. Not all offices have phone booths for private calls, but there are wellness and private rooms available at every location if you need more privacy or a change of scenery.

Things You Might Want To Know

Onsite team. Industrious has community managers and other staff members onsite at each of its locations. Their sole purpose is to attend to anything that may come up in the office space. So if you need help connecting to WiFi or the (free) printers, would like someone to bring your guests or clients back to a conference room or meeting space, or if you need any other help with office logistics or client service, someone is always there for you.

Tons of power! If you have guests or independent contractors that need to work in your orbit for a day, Industrious locations have outlets galore and separate guest wifi networks for visitors’ use. They have private rooms and conference spaces with all the telecommunications you need for meetings and conference calls, including easy-to-use video conferencing tech.

Startup and professional vibes. Industrious caters to a more professional crowd. Companies of all stripes—law offices, startups, and fortune 500 companies—work at Industrious. You’ll be among other motivated professionals here.

Who Industrious Is For

Industrious is great for solo and small firm lawyers looking for a professional coworking space that offers more office than “hot desk.” To really take advantage of its offerings, it is probably better suited to those looking for longer-term leases than those just looking for an hourly, temporary, or short-term solution.
