Who is BirdEye For?
With robust survey and benchmarking tools, BirdEye may be a good fit for a data-driven firm but a small firm would need to balance the cost of the platform against the insights that data could provide.

Things You Might Want to Know About BirdEye
Surveys. BirdEye allows you to create surveys to assess client satisfaction. Those surveys can be sent via email, SMS, or a social media channel. The survey tool doesn’t require any coding expertise and guides the user through setting up different types of questions, including multiple-choice, short answer, and ratings.
While you can set up fairly elaborate surveys for desktop use, BirdEye also lets you create mobile-optimized surveys to get quick feedback from your clients. When the user finishes a survey, they are presented with a request for a review on major platforms such as Google and Facebook.
Google Local optimization. BirdEye provides a reputation management platform that monitors online reviews and also works to help firms rank higher in Google’s local listings with a “micro-site” optimized for Google indexing.
Share reviews on your website. BirdEye also allows you to easily share reviews from clients directly to your firm’s website, Facebook page, or Twitter account.
Insights. Firms can collect a good deal of data with BirdEye’s survey and review monitoring tools. BirdEye then packages that data to help a law firm spot trends in client satisfaction and dissatisfaction. It does so by reviewing keywords in reviews and surveys and looking for patterns. This can help a firm make data-driven changes in how it serves clients.
