With this, law office workers can use a laptop, desktop, tablet, mobile device, zero client, or thin client to securely connect to the office network from anywhere with an internet connection.

Albatross Legal Workspaces would be good for any office that is planning on existing in a completely remote environment. However, a virtual office setup is not required. Remote Desktop Protocol
Albatross Legal Workspaces is built to use Microsoft’s Remote Desktop Protocol. This means that the connection is snappier and more comprehensive than browser-based remote desktop services like LogMeIn, Splashtop, or RemotePC. Additionally, loading a RDP connection on an existing Windows based computer is just a matter of downloading the RDP file, running it, and then logging in. After this, you’ll feel like you’re sitting in front of the remote computer—no bezel, no browser frame, just the remote computer’s desktop.
TekReach Help Desk
A good IT partner will have an ongoing relationship with your firm. You shouldn’t expect to build your infrastructure, and then never see your provider again. To that end, TekReach Solutions offers Help Desk services for their Albatross Legal Workspaces users for an additional monthly fee.
