Law Ruler is an AI-powered cloud-based CRM, client intake, and practice management software designed exclusively for lawyers.

Law Ruler Highlights

Personalized intake. When clients call your law firm, Law Ruler automatically sends them a welcome text message with an intake form, while simultaneously sending your staff a text message that the new potential client has called and is filling out the form. Such a feature helps you immediately manage the client relationship literally from the very beginning.

Set it and forget it. That’s one of Law Ruler’s mottos. They aim to have you automate as much of the CRM and intake process as possible, so you only need to act when you need to.

Integrated practice management. Law Ruler comes with complete integrated practice management features, including cases, workflows, tasks management, calendaring, and time & billing.

Document templates & automation. In addition to automations in its intake and CRM tools, Law Ruler includes document templates and document automation.

Mobile version. Law Ruler is also available as a mobile version for all devices, making it convenient for you and your clients to get that intake process done where ever and whenever.

Law Ruler Pricing

Law Ruler offers 3 different pricing tiers:

Starter at $49/month/user; Boutique at $69/month/user; and Elite at $99/month/user. These are the prices if you pay for their subscription annually. Prices increase by $10 if the plans are paid for monthly.

The Starter tier provides basic features for firms just starting with marketing automation, including their text message features, appointment reminders, email and calendar sync, referral management, and form template creation.

The Boutique tier is better suited for small-sized firms that include all the features of the Starter tier plus email marketing, workflow automation, and custom reporting.

The Elite tier is for larger law firms and offers the same features as the Starter and Boutique tiers, plus attribution features, an AI-powered phone dialer, and priority support.
