Marketing and sales. Most of Keap’s features, including its CRM features, cater more toward marketing and sales objectives rather than true client relationship objectives. Because many of its functionalities are geared towards sales and marketing campaigns, there will be a lot of bells and whistles that attorneys won’t necessarily need with this software.

Reporting. Even without taking advantage of its sales and marketing features, Infusionsoft offers detailed administrative and billing reports to help you gauge the success or pain points of client interaction, client communication, and invoicing.
