HubSpot CRM Highlights

Automate. Many of the administrative and repetitive tasks you have to complete when interacting with clients and contacts are automated through HubSpot’s CRM. This means less time inputting data and more time creating meaningful interactions with clients.

Free hubs. In addition to HubSpot CRM, you can also sign up for free accounts with HubSpot’s Marketing, Sales, and Service hub for a more comprehensive online system to manage your campaigns and clients.

Website activity. If you’re interested in how a particular contact is interacting with your website, you are able to view that information through HubSpot CRM. See how that contact is interacting with your forms, its page views, and more. Keep in mind that this feature is only available for the first seven days of the free CRM trial. But HubSpot will keep your historical data available for you if you decide to upgrade to its Starter package.

HubSpot CRM Pricing

HubSpot CRM is free and includes a host of features to help with client management. You can store up to 1 million (!!) contacts and have unlimited users on your free account. However, you are limited to the number of documents, meeting links, templates, and forms you can have.

Upgrading your account from free to Starter costs $50/month and provides far more powerful tools and features than the free account.

The features are limited in scope under the free version. The scope greatly increases with the $50/mo plan, but the full version of their features are available with their $800/mo plan.

As mentioned above, the features with the free CRM account are limited in scope. The scope, tools, and features increase with each upgrade to your account.

Things You Might Want to Know

Integrations. HubSpot CRM features Gmail, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, and Outlook integrations. The calendar integrations are especially useful since it provides a shareable link you can send to clients to let them schedule a meeting time that works best for you and them. It also has an open API, which means you have the potential to integrate HubSpot with what ever software you’d like.

Feature lite. Some of the HubSpot CRM free features are limited, like the website activity tracker mentioned above. For example, you are limited to one calendar meeting link, 5 document and email templates, and limited logic for conversational bots with the free account.

User-friendly. HubSpot CRM’s basic features and intuitive interface makes it easy to learn and use. It also has great support and a large knowledge base to help you help yourself. For those who have never used a CRM before, HubSpot makes the learning curve soft and painless.
