Integrations. HubSpot CRM features Gmail, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, and Outlook integrations. The calendar integrations are especially useful since it provides a shareable link you can send to clients to let them schedule a meeting time that works best for you and them. It also has an open API, which means you have the potential to integrate HubSpot with what ever software you’d like.
Feature lite. Some of the HubSpot CRM free features are limited, like the website activity tracker mentioned above. For example, you are limited to one calendar meeting link, 5 document and email templates, and limited logic for conversational bots with the free account.
User-friendly. HubSpot CRM’s basic features and intuitive interface makes it easy to learn and use. It also has great support and a large knowledge base to help you help yourself. For those who have never used a CRM before, HubSpot makes the learning curve soft and painless.
