Who ClientRock is For

ClientRock is a good fit for attorneys and small law firms looking for a polished, professional, and easy-to-use automated intake system either as a standalone service or as something that integrates with their law practice management system. It’s a great automation tool for attorneys who don’t want to spend hours a day in a CRM trying to contact unresponsive clients, reschedule consultations, or reminding clients to sign the fee agreement. Its friendly user interface makes the software quick to learn and use even for those new to legal tech and software.

Things You Might Want to Know About ClientRock

Drag and drop form builder. Building custom forms is easy through ClientRock. Simply drag and drop fields to build a new intake form, or import the forms you’re currently using. If you don’t have any forms or want to improve your forms. ClientRock also has a free intake form library. Once you have your forms setup, you’ll be able to add a button to your website that directs clients to your forms so you can get all the information you need before any appointments or consultations. All forms are mobile-friendly, so clients can fill them out no matter where they are.

Gentle reminders. If clients are slow to complete a form before you meet with them, you’ll be able to automatically send gentle completion reminders through email or text messages. You’ll also be able to send reminders for upcoming meetings and appointments. It’s a professional and friendly way to make sure you get all the pertinent information you need before meetings, and to make sure clients show up for those meetings.

Free for pro bono. If you are working pro bono, in a law school clinic, or are a public defender, you could be eligible for a refund.

Onboarding. Your onboarding process with ClientRock is a full white-glove service. While you’re able to set up your account on your own, the folks at ClientRock will personally help you get going. Onboarding begins with you sending over any forms or fee agreements that you already use. ClientRock will then build out those forms in its system for you so you’ll be ready to go in your first training call. From there, you’ll be able to set parameters for consultations, sync your account with Clio or other software, and customize your preferences. And if you’re having any difficulty with setting up the software, ClientRock offers support online and during business hours.
