Product Security

Unlike some document-focused AI products, Henchman is storage-agnostic. Its AI needs to connect to your contract storage location, but it’s equally happy if that location is Google Drive, iManage, NetDocuments, OneDrive, or SharePoint. Henchman examines and synthesizes these “precedent documents” to create a library of searchable clauses and provisions.

Works Wherever Outlook and Word

Henchman appears as a side pane in Outlook and Word. Use that pane to find the relevant clause, definition, or other language based on the documents text and your search terms. Additionally, you can filter results based on characteristics like jurisdiction, author, contract type, as well as newest, most common, and last modified provision.
Once Henchman locates that “one provision you know you drafted buy can’t find,” Henchman offers the ability to modify for the current contract you’re drafting, including changing terms, party names, and more, using “smart replace.”
Henchman works in Microsoft Outlook and Word for Windows, Mac, and the web.”
