Advologix is a good fit for firms looking for an organized, matter-centric program. It’s also great for firms looking for strong client relationship management. However, it’s probably not a good fit if you’re looking for full accounting capabilities.
More About Advologix
Advologix is a law practice management program supported by Salesforce that is heavily focused on document management features. Their built-in document management lets you connect documents to matters, accounts, contacts and even chat threads. Although it’s not a requirement, you have the ability to integrate with third-party storage sites like Box, NetDocuments, and others to store or archive documents. Open, edit and save documents using Microsoft Word, preview right from your browser, and save multiple versions of anything. You can even get notifications when something changes in a document. Their business workflow process includes a visual flow designer, approval and trigger settings, formulas, notifications, and more. Collaboration is a big focus for Advologix’s workflow. You can discuss matters and clients with colleagues, invite clients or other third-party individuals to connect via a secure portal, and receive real-time notifications when changes are made to data. The Advologix calendar lets you group schedule meetings, track time and events, and more. You also have the option of connecting your Outlook or Google calendar to Advologix so you can sync appointments and manage commitments all in one place. With their free mobile app, you can collaborate with colleagues in real-time, upload documents, check on the status of matters, create a new time entry, and more. Although there are no accounting features built into the base program, you have access to a large number of third-party app integrations with Advologix. In addition to accounting, you have access to integrations including email, calendar, contacts, documents, practice areas, telephony, and more.
