Infusionsoft is an email marketing, sales, and CRM software made with small businesses in mind. Infusionsoft focuses more on automating marketing and sales than some of the other software featured in this review. It’s CRM is something of a secondary feature, so it may have a lot of bells and whistles that lawyers may not need or use.
Keep track of clients. Infusionsoft helps keep everything in one place. Its activity stream tracks all client activities and interactions through its platform. You can organize clients into specific lists for more specialized interactions with those clients.
Create and send invoices. Through Infusionsoft, you can create and send invoices to clients. The invoicing features let you track which payments are outstanding, which have been paid, and which have been viewed. You can even set and send reminders to clients as well.
CRM functionalities. Infusionsoft’s CRM features allow you to automate follow-ups with clients, target your offers to clients, and get reports on analytics and performance data.
Pricing starts at $99/mo which includes up to 500 contacts, contact management, marketing automation, and unlimited emails. If you need to add another user to your account, it is an additional $29/month. These prices require a 12-month contract and do not include a one-time $299 new user training fee.
If this plan doesn’t sound right for you, Infusionsoft offers a number of other packages, including customized packages, so reach out to find a plan that better suits your needs.

Things You Might Want to Know
Integrations. Infusionsoft integrates with over 230 third-party software solutions, all of which are listed in their Marketplace. The list includes QuickBooks, Zapier, Xero, WooCommerce, Gmail, and many others. Some of the integrations may come at an additional cost.
Marketing and sales. Most of Infusionsoft’s features, including its CRM features, cater more toward marketing and sales objectives rather than true client relationship objectives. Because many of its functionalities are geared towards sales and marketing campaigns, there will be a lot of bells and whistles that attorneys won’t necessarily need with this software.
Reporting. Even without taking advantage of its sales and marketing features, Infusionsoft offers detailed administrative and billing reports to help you gauge the success or pain points of client interaction, client communication, and invoicing.
Who Infusionsoft is For
Infusionsoft is probably best suited for non-law small businesses. Many of its functions are geared towards businesses that sell products or non-legal services. But attorneys who are interested in being more forward with their marketing efforts will benefit more Infusionsoft’s features. Attorneys who are looking for a true CRM software should look elsewhere.
