Nisha Sanders

Strategic Growth Advisor

As Strategic Growth Advisor, Nisha works with law firm owners to make sense of growth, change, and complexity, helping them decide what matters most and what to do next.

Her brilliance on the team is:

Nisha has a knack for helping firm owners slow down and see their business clearly, often for the first time in a long while. She listens closely, asks thoughtful questions, and helps leaders focus on what actually matters instead of reacting to everything at once. Her approach helps firms make decisions that feel grounded, doable, and aligned with how they want to run their practice.

WHAT KYLE HARRINGTON HAS TO SAY ABOUT NISHA:

Nisha jumped in with both feet and didn’t waste any time getting to know firm owners and what they actually needShe’s already building strong relationships and making a difference.

WHAT ZACK GLASER HAS TO SAY ABOUT NISHA:

Nisha’s enthusiasm for helping law firms is contagious. You can’t help but get caught up in her encouragement, motivation, and commitment.

THE Pai Mei

Her history and specialties include:

Nisha’s career has taken her across a wide range of advisory and consulting work, supporting small businesses and law firms through growth, change, and uncertainty. Along the way, she’s worked in areas like employee benefits, leadership alignment, wellness, and organizational health, as well as business development.

That mix of experience means she’s comfortable zooming out to see the big picture and zooming in to help firm owners work through the practical details of what needs to change next.
