As the founder of ALH Law Group and general counsel to a fleet of small businesses across Ohio, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, Allison brings grit, smarts, and a straight-shooting style to everything she does.

Her history and specialties include:

Allison Harrison is an accomplished attorney, business leader, and advocate for LGBTQ+ rights. As the owner of ALH Law Group, an LGBT Business Enterprise (LGBTBE) and Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) certified law firm, she focuses on estate planning, business law, and litigation—helping clients navigate complex legal issues with clarity and confidence. She is committed to creating a safe space for anyone who needs legal assistance.

Allison is deeply involved in LGBTQ+ advocacy and community leadership. She serves as President of the Diversity Chamber of Central Ohio and sits on the Board of Governors for Stonewall Columbus, working to promote economic empowerment and legal protections for LGBTQ+ individuals and business owners. Her contributions extend to the Columbus Bar Association, where she has chaired the LGBTQ+ Committee and served on the Admissions and Disciplinary Committees. She is also a dedicated volunteer at name and gender marker clinics, ensuring that trans and nonbinary individuals have access to affirming legal services.

A strong believer in education and mentorship, Allison shares her legal expertise through public speaking, blogs, and social media, helping individuals and small businesses understand their rights and legal options. She is also the creator and host of Cbus Mob, a podcast featuring LGBTQ+ and minority-owned businesses, giving visibility to underrepresented entrepreneurs and fostering a more inclusive business community.

Through her leadership, advocacy, and commitment to inclusion, Allison is making a lasting impact—not only in the legal profession but in the broader business and LGBTQ+ communities.
