Allison is deeply involved in LGBTQ+ advocacy and community leadership. She serves as President of the Diversity Chamber of Central Ohio and sits on the Board of Governors for Stonewall Columbus, working to promote economic empowerment and legal protections for LGBTQ+ individuals and business owners. Her contributions extend to the Columbus Bar Association, where she has chaired the LGBTQ+ Committee and served on the Admissions and Disciplinary Committees.
