4-Step Computer Security Upgrade
Learn to encrypt your files, secure your computer when using public Wi-Fi, enable two-factor authentication, and use good passwords.
Most new printers can connect to a small network via wireless or an ethernet connection. If you have an older USB printer that you love, convert it to wireless printer and make life that much easier.
There are a couple of reasons why wireless printers are useful. For client meetings, you can setup a printer in your conference room. If you need to print out a retainer, directions, reference materials, etc., you can print them out right in front of the client without having to get up, plug in your computer, and print things out. It also eliminates the need to run back to your office just to print something out.
If you ever engage in mediations, depositions, or settlement conferences at your office, wireless printers can be your friend. No need to have opposing counsel come into your office and plug into your printer. Wireless printers can also eliminate the need to email documents just so you can print them from a certain computer. Everything in today’s world is wireless, and your printer should be no exception.
