Judges Getting Easier to Find on Facebook

Mostly during regular or retention elections, though, when about 60% or 29% (respectively) of judges have a Facebook presence, according to the CCPIO New Media and Courts Survey. Otherwise, just 5% of judges have a Facebook profile, which probably has something to do with the generally unfriendly posture of state ethics boards to judges and social networks (PDF).
