Freshbooks | painless billingIt is no secret that I love Freshbooks, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it has excellent customer service, too.

I could not figure out how to downgrade my account using the Freshbooks web site (you can’t), so I gritted my teeth and called the customer support number.

Levi picked up after a couple of rings, and was friendly and helpful. Because my needs are in between the plans offered, he even created an in-between plan for me that is better tailored to my needs (making it a good thing I could not make the changes myself on the website; I would have ended up paying more.)

The number for Freshbooks customer service is 1-866-303-6061. Call with un-gritted teeth if you need help.

    I had the same exact experience. I needed a quick tip on how to perform a specific function that was stumping me, and within a few minutes on the phone my problem was resolved. Great service!

    I used FB for awhile, and really liked it. And it’s always coming out with new features. I had to switch over to a total PM system.

    I love FreshBooks too! I haven’t had any need to call customer service, which is a great testimony in and of itself!
