    I honestly don’t get this one. Okay, Ruby Receptionists are bi-lingual and can take care of Spanish callers. But if you don’t have someone in your office who speaks Spanish fluently, isn’t it actually WORSE for them to be greeted in Spanish, do a fluent call in Spanish, and then show up for an intake consultation only to find out you’ve completely wasted their time and no one in the office can translate effectively for them?
