Free: 10 Things the Best Law-Firm Website Designs Have in Common
For seven years, Lawyerist has published an annual list of the best law firm websites. Now, you can find out what they have in common.
I wrote a post a few months ago about how to design your firm’s website. I still think WordPress is a great option if you want to have a blog for your firm. If you just want a visually appealing site that is easy to create, check out Flavors.me
One problem with lots with many “build-your-own” programs is that you require advanced knowledge of computer programming. That knowledge, of course, is nowhere to be found in the minds of average computer users.
Flavors has a very simple interface and looks easy to use. You can easily change the fonts, the colors, add pictures, etc. In other words, everything you need for a basic website can be done in five minutes. It appears to be website creation for dummies (which is a good thing).
Integrates with social media
As of right now, it currently allows integration from twenty social media sites, including Facebook and Twitter. While you may have your doubts about social media marketing, when you can add it to your website with the click of a button, there is no reason not to add it.
Perhaps the most important factor. At only $20 a year, that is a steal. That is much cheaper than paying a local web designer. Frankly, if you spend more than five minutes, it sure looks like you can create a nice looking website with all the basic info you need.
