A new kind of campaign ad

by Sam Glover on February 4, 2008

First, this is a very well-done video by supporters of Barack Obama. I post it not to evangelize about Obama, but because I am impressed by the video itself. This is what the user-generated Web 2.0 brings to the table. Impressive.

Second, the many racist comments show just how far we have not come as a country since–well, pick your point in time.

While we are on the subject of politics, if you are going to caucus tomorrow, consider how your candidates stand when it comes to technology issues. Gizmodo recently examined the Republican and Democratic presidential candidates on tech. I was particularly surprised who had the most tech-friendly view on the Republican side.

(Here is the text of Obama’s “Yes we can” speech from New Hampshire.)
